The company has acquired the bankruptcy estate of Blueday Technologies, securing key expertise within shore power, energy solutions, and power systems.
This forms the foundation for a strengthened professional environment at Tangen 7 in Dusavik.

The initiative is primarily focused on shore power facilities, electrification, and modern energy solutions, strengthening NOS Elektro’s capacity within engineering, installation, and service.
In parallel, the company is working closely with the market to take care of customers and continue the dialogue around needs and future solutions.
The initiative is anchored in the BRI Group, which in 2026 marks 40 years of industrial development, value creation, and long-term ownership – with the ambition of building a culture that believes in the impossible, develops jobs, and creates strong stories for the future.
As part of the initiative, NOS Energy Solutions has been established.
Together with NOS Elektro and Elaris Elektrotavler, expertise is now gathered in one shared professional environment at Tangen 7.
Co-location enables shorter decision paths and higher precision in deliveries.The combined environment now includes more than 50 professionals within electrical engineering, automation, and energy systems.
