10 years with Torstein – from 10 to 350 million

This year, Torstein Håland marks 10 years in what is today NOS Chemicals.

When Torstein joined the company, it was called Kjemi AS and had an annual turnover of around NOK 10 million. Since then, the company has changed its name to NOS Chemicals, become a clear part of NOS Group and grown to more than NOK 350 million in turnover.

Today, NOS Chemicals is the largest company in NOS Group measured by turnover.

Behind this growth are years of focused work, strong customer relationships, technical expertise and a team that has continued to build the company step by step. The development shows what is possible when commercial drive, market understanding and execution capability come together over time.

Torstein has been a central part of this journey – as a leader, relationship builder and driving force in the development of the company. Together with the rest of the NOS Chemicals team, he has helped build a strong market position and a company that is well positioned for further growth.
